Privacy
Not "nothing except analytics". Nothing: no cookies, no scripts from anybody else, no session recording, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. Open your network tab and check — on this site and on any other vendor's.
This website
No cookies are set, and nothing is kept in your browser's storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The typefaces, the images and the one small script all come from this domain. No font network, no tag manager, no embedded video, no chat widget.
As with any website, the server that hands you this page handles the usual connection details in order to answer. We do not build a profile from them, and no advertising or intent service is given them.
If you write to us, we keep the email, because that is how a conversation works. Nothing else about your visit to this site reaches us.
The product
On the hosted service we hold it on their behalf: each customer in their own database schema and file store, reachable by a database role scoped to that schema. We look inside only under a time-boxed grant with a written reason, and that access is recorded in the customer's own audit log before it happens.
On the premises we hold nothing at all — the database and the signed agreements are on the customer's own machine, and no visitor data leaves their building.
Visitors themselves are told what is happening at the door: what a photograph is for before it is taken, what they are signing before they sign it, and their answers are kept as evidence of a visit rather than used for anything else. Records are removed on the retention schedule the customer sets — and signed agreements outlive a subscription, because the obligation to have kept them does.
Not yet
There is no published privacy policy in the legal sense, no terms of service and no signed data-processing agreement yet. The hosted service is a pilot and says so on the pricing page.
If your procurement needs those documents before you can sign, say so in the first email rather than the fourth: we will tell you where we actually are instead of sending a template that promises otherwise.
This page describes what the software and this website do today, and it is kept true. It is not a contract.
