Talk to us

One email, and a person answers.

No form that disappears into a sequence, no demo booked three weeks out. Write to us and you get a reply from somebody who knows how the product works, because there are not many of us.

Useful to include

Four lines are enough for a real answer.

  1. Your site

How many doors people come in by, and roughly how many visitors on a normal day.

  2. What you must prove

The standard or the contract you answer to — ITAR, a customer's audit, an insurer, a regulator.

  3. Where it can run

Whether your policy allows hosted, or the data has to stay in the building.

  4. When

The date something has to be working by, if there is one. It changes what we suggest.

What happens next

A walkthrough of your lobby, not a slide deck.

We will ask what actually goes wrong at your front desk today — the contractor nobody logged, the NDA nobody can find, the fire drill where the list was a printout from Tuesday — and show you the part of the product that answers it.

If it is not a fit, we will say so in the first conversation. A front door is not something to be talked into.

Other reasons to write

Where to send the harder things.

  • Security: security@entrant.app — including anything you found while poking at this site.
  • Procurement questionnaires: send the whole thing. We answer "no" where the answer is no.
  • Already a customer: your console has a Get help link that reaches the same people.
