Entrant

Pricing

$495 a site, a year. Everything included.

$595 if it runs on your own machine instead of ours. Every capability on this website is in both, there are no feature tiers, and the price does not change because you switched something on.

Per site, billed yearly No per-visitor charge No per-user charge

The plans

The same product, priced by where it runs.

A site is a building with a front desk. Kiosks, doors, console users and visitors are not counted.

Hosted

$495per site, per year

Your own address, your own schema, your own file store. Upgrades, backups and monitoring are ours.

  • Every capability on this website, with no feature tiers.
  • As many kiosks, doors and console users as the site needs.
  • Set-up done with you: your agreements, your questions, your first kiosk.

On your premises

$595per site, per year

The same product on a machine you own, with the data in a folder you choose. Upgrades included.

  • The same capabilities, checked by the same suites, on the database that ships with it.
  • Install and upgrade scripts, and a go-live checklist written for whoever runs it.
  • Your machine, your backups, your access control — and no data leaving the site.

Enterprise

Customtalk to us

For estates rather than a building: several sites, a mix of hosted and on-premises, or terms your procurement has to write itself.

  • Sites priced together rather than one at a time.
  • Your paperwork read and answered honestly, including where the answer is "not yet".
  • A rollout plan per building, because a front desk cannot be down for a migration.

Prices are US dollars, per site, per year. We are putting the first sites live by hand — your agreements loaded, your questions written, your first kiosk working — and that is included rather than billed as onboarding.

What you provide

The parts we do not sell you.

A tablet for the kiosk and a stand to hold it, a label printer if you want badges, and — for the on-premises tier — a machine to run it on. We do not resell hardware and take a margin on it: buy the tablet you already standardise on, and we will tell you what works.

Badge printing is supported through label printers on the same network as the machine; tell us the model you have and we will say plainly whether it is one we have driven.

What we put in writing

No surprises in the second year.

  • The price above, per site, for the term — and what a renewal looks like before you sign the first year.
  • What happens to your records if you stop being a customer: they stay yours, and exports keep working.
  • Who to call when the front desk has a problem, and what we will put in writing about answering.

Before you ask

What Entrant does not do yet.

Here, on the pricing page, where it is inconvenient for us — because finding out in week three is worse for both of us.

Single sign-on

No Entra ID or Google Workspace sign-in. Email, password and two-factor.

A public API

No documented API or webhooks. Data leaves as CSV and PDF exports.

Native apps

The kiosk runs in a browser in full screen, not as an App Store application.

Access control

No integration with turnstiles, badge readers or door controllers.

Desk or room booking

Not built. This is a front door, not a workplace suite.

Identity document scanning

No passport or licence scanning, and no face recognition.

Certifications

No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit. See the security page for what we do instead.

Paperwork

No published terms, signed data-processing agreement or service-level agreement yet. If you need them to buy, say so in the first email.

A self-serve trial

Sites are set up with us, one at a time, while we are small enough to do it properly.

Tell us about your site.

How many doors, how many visitors on a normal day, what you have to prove and to whom. That is enough for us to say whether this fits, and what your first week with it looks like.
